A Simple Overview

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a mantra-based meditation technique that makes it easier to settle into stillness. โ€œSahajโ€ means effortless, and the practice is designed to help you access deep rest without struggling to control your thoughts.

Over three live sessions, you receive a personalized mantra and learn a meditation technique you can continue independently in just 20 minutes a day.

Who is this for?

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is for anyone who wants to establish a simple, independent meditation practiceโ€”especially people who feel mentally busy, overstimulated, or unsure how to meditate without an app or guided recording.

What will you learn?

You will learn a personalized mantra-based technique taught by a certified instructor. The practice is designed to help you move from repetitive thought patterns toward deeper rest and quiet awareness.

How is this different from guided meditation?

Guided meditations depend on an external voice or recording. Once you learn Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, you have a practice you can do independently in a quiet place, wherever you are.

What happens after the course?

You leave with a simple personal practice that takes about 20 minutes and can become part of your daily routine.
